Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trucking division, including dispatching, scheduling, and coordination of drivers Monitor trucking operations to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures Maintain accurate records of trucking activities, including driver logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules Work closely with drivers to provide support, training, and guidance Collaborate with other departments to optimize trucking routes and maximize efficiency Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on a regular basis

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in trucking or transportation management Strong knowledge of trucking regulations and safety procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously CDL Class A license
