In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate moving crews, and ensure that all moving activities adhere to safety standards and customer expectations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily moving operations, including loading, unloading, and transportation of items Lead moving crews in manual handling tasks, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices to prevent injuries Ensure all team members adhere to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols during route driving and delivery Oversee material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and trucks with manual transmissions or box trucks Manage warehouse operations related to moving supplies, equipment, and inventory control Communicate effectively with clients to confirm move details, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process Maintain accurate records of loads & unloads, route logs, and incident reports using mobile devices or other digital tools Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, commercial driving, or delivery driving roles involving box trucks or vans Strong background in moving services with knowledge of manual handling techniques and heavy lifting safety standards Valid driver's license with experience operating commercial trucks or van drivers with adherence to traffic regulations Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling in the workplace and safe driving practices for route driving Join our team as a Foreman and lead our crew to deliver seamless relocations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
