Duties Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to optimize delivery efficiency. Communicate with drivers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation for compliance. Collaborate with other departments to align transportation needs with overall business objectives. Analyze transportation costs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Experience Previous experience in transportation coordination or logistics is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols is a plus.
