The Office Support position will support the daily functions of the school bus dispatch office. This position is primarily 6:00am - 9:30am and 1:00pm - 4:30pm (hours are subject to change) Primary duties include: Answering phones during route times First line of contact for visitors and drivers. Communication to and from parents, drivers, and school administration Communicating any changes in student schedules to appropriate staff Keeping school schedules up to date and informing appropriate staff Assisting the operations manager and other office staff Skills you need to be successful: Attention to detail Adapt to fast paced environment Adapt to last minute change

Qualifications:
