As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Fleet Manager to take full ownership of our fleet operations and help us maintain the reliability our clients count on. Key Responsibilities Track fleet availability daily; report status weekly Set and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule Manage breakdown response and vendor coordination Source and manage parts vendors; negotiate pricing and turnaround Ensure driver readiness; manage yard and parking operations Maintain

DOT/FMCSA

compliance and audit-ready documentation Prepare annual fleet budget; submit monthly cost reports Monitor telematics alerts, fuel card systems, and expense controls Requirements 2+ years in fleet management or a closely related role (trucking, logistics, heavy equipment) Strong mechanical knowledge — able to assess repair needs and validate vendor diagnostics Hands-on

DOT/FMCSA

compliance experience Vendor management and negotiation experience Fleet budgeting and cost analysis skills Proficiency with fleet telematics and TMS systems CDL license required English - Upper Intermediate or above Russian language required due to daily communication with our driver team Calm, decisive, and reliable under pressure Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. Occasional availability beyond standard hours required — reachable by phone for urgent situations (e.g., major breakdowns).
