Job Description:

SNOW POSITION ONLY

Supervisors are responsible in managing a designated route or area, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols. In-charge of staffing for assigned snow routes In-charge capturing proper service records & verifications from in-house employees and subcontractors In-charge of pre and post event set-up and site prep. In-charge of tracking equipment, repairs and maintenance for assigned equipment Monitoring weather conditions (snow) to adjust accordingly Operates snow equipment as needed

Skills Needed:

2 years of commercial snow removal experience Snow Route Supervisors must be a team player and able to work with people of all backgrounds. Ability to speak Spanish and English is a plus. Ability to arrive to work at varying times and have reliable transportation to work Drug free...we test!

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to lift and carry 50lbs+ short and long distances. This position requires you to work in changing winter weather conditions. It's landscaping/snow removal…it's physically demanding.

Pay:

$40+/hour Paid Weekly Based on experience
