Transportation Coordinator - Driver DonorConnect is looking for a part-time Transportation Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is a natural delegator, works well independently and collaboratively, has a background in driving or courier services, and is open to working a variety of shifts. This position is for weekend evenings working from 7pm-7am on call for a total of 24 hours each week. DonorConnect is a federally designated nonprofit community service organization dedicated to the recovery of organs, tissues, and eyes for life-saving transplants. As a Transportation Coordinator at DonorConnect, you will play a vital role in our life-saving mission. You will work closely with on-call organ and tissue donation coordinators, providing critical transportation services, including the transport of organ personnel, biological samples, and supplies. Due to the sensitive and time-critical nature of organ donation, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing timelines are essential. You must also be tech-savvy , as the role involves using digital systems for communication, tracking, and documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining a valid driver's license, TSA registration, and other required licenses/certifications Performing fleet maintenance and vehicle upkeep Assists the supervisor with projects and reports as needed Completing all assigned on-call shifts as scheduled If you're dependable, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a meaningful mission, we encourage you to apply. Minimum Qualifications:

Training/Education/Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent required Chauffeur's license required within 90 days of employment

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of routine driving experience Excellent driving record Previous courier experience preferred Positions with high levels of interpersonal interaction and communication

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
