What You'll Do As our Transportation Supervisor , you'll play an essential role in keeping our community moving safely while leading our transportation program.
Your responsibilities will include:
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, grocery shopping, community outings, and special events. Supervise and support the transportation team while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, including accommodating walkers, wheelchairs, canes, and other mobility devices. Coordinate resident attendance for outings and trips with the Lifestyles team. Help load groceries and personal purchases. Schedule routine vehicle inspections and maintenance. Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented vehicles. Support Plant Operations with additional supervisory responsibilities as assigned. Contribute to a welcoming, resident-centered environment where exceptional service enhances the quality of life for our residents. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented. Passionate about working with older adults. A safe and confident driver with strong leadership skills. Organized, professional, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality. Qualifications Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum six (6) months of bus or passenger van driving experience.
