Job Description
Crew Lead / Working Foreman - Restoration & Construction Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Crew Lead / Foreman to oversee restoration and construction projects in condominium and beachside environments. This is a working foreman position, meaning you will be expected to lead by example, manage crews in the field, maintain quality control, and assist with hands-on work as needed. No two projects are the same. Our work involves a combination of concrete restoration, waterproofing, coatings, caulking, painting, and general construction repairs. The ideal candidate is someone who can adapt to changing conditions, solve problems in the field, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Strong communication skills are essential, as our projects often take place in occupied condominium communities where professionalism around residents, property managers, and HOA representatives is critical. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on restoration and construction projects Coordinate daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and workmanship Communicate with management regarding project progress, material needs, and jobsite issues Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies Perform and oversee concrete repairs, patching, and restoration work Assist with or lead concrete pours and related activities Oversee application of deck coating and waterproofing systems Perform and inspect caulking and sealant installations Coordinate surface preparation for coatings and painting Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Interact professionally with residents, property managers, and project stakeholders Requirements Minimum 5 years of construction or restoration experience Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of concrete repair and restoration practices Experience with waterproofing systems, coatings, and sealants Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple crew members and jobsite tasks Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in outdoor beachside environments and varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Condo restoration experience EIFS and stucco repair experience Experience with suspended scaffolding and swing stages Knowledge of waterproof deck coating systems OSHA certification or other safety training Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation Pay based on experience and qualifications.
