Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Driver / Crew Leader to join our team. This role involves leading landscape crews, operating landscape equipment, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Thursday, with 10 to 12-hour shifts, providing three days off each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations on job sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crew members to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards Operate landscape equipment such as trucks, trailers, mowers, and other tools required for landscaping projects Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, maintaining safe driving practices at all times Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor crew progress to meet project deadlines Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding project status and any issues that arise Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work sites throughout each project Assist with landscaping tasks as needed, including planting, trimming, and installation work Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during daily operations Experience Proven experience in landscape driving and crew leadership within the landscaping or horticulture industry Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of landscape equipment operation and maintenance Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work long shifts (10-12 hours) Monday through Thursday consistently Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions This position offers an opportunity for experienced professionals to lead dynamic teams while working a predictable schedule. Pay:
$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
