Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor to oversee Fleet Detailing operations at our St. Augustine location, with a special focus on supporting disabled civilians and military veterans with disability ratings. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of top-tier vehicle cleaning and maintenance services while fostering an inclusive, respectful environment. The Supervisor will lead a team of detailers, manage daily operations, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering team members and supporting our community of disabled civilians and veterans. This position is a one day operation for 10 hours on 9/18/2026. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of fleet detailers, ensuring high-quality cleaning, detailing, and maintenance of vehicles in accordance with company standards. Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals efficiently. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Provide mentorship and training to staff on industrial cleaning techniques, custodial procedures, and customer service excellence. Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment. Foster an inclusive workplace by supporting disabled civilians and veterans, ensuring accommodations are met and their needs are prioritized. Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, car detailing work, or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on vehicle or fleet detailing. Strong staff supervision skills with previous supervising or team management experience. Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate tasks efficiently. Demonstrated leadership in managing janitorial or hospitality-related teams with a focus on safety regulations and sanitation standards. Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and detail. Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, sanitation management, and commercial cleaning practices. Experience in managing laundry or housekeeping operations is a plus; leadership qualities such as adaptability, problem-solving, and proactive communication are essential for success in this role.
