What You'll Do Lead the crew. Delegate the work, set the pace, train your people, and keep morale high. Own the production number. Drive your crew to hit its weekly targets and bring every job in on budget. Own quality. Hold the crew to NHR standards, run the tear-off and roofing inspections, and fix issues before they become callbacks. Run the job site. Order materials, keep the schedule moving, manage tools and inventory, and coordinate inspections with your Project Manager. Keep the crew safe. Enforce PPE and

practices, lead by example, and report incidents. Take care of the client. Daily updates on arrival and departure, protect their property, and leave them 5-star happy. Requirements 3+ years hands-on roofing experience (tear-off and installation) Experience leading or directing others on a roof (formal or informal) Comfortable working at heights on steep- and low-slope roofs, in all weather conditions Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively and push or pull up to 100 lbs Available full-time, 40+ hours/week with early starts (report by 6:30 AM) plus on-call for after-hours emergencies on your projects Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pass a background check and drug test Aligned with our values:
