Christmas Light Installer - Crew Lead (Seasonal) Heights Lights Wheaton, IL Job Details Part-time $25 - $35 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Residential painting Outdoor work experience Construction painting Driver's License Roofing Full Job Description Christmas Light Lead Installer — Winter Work, Nov-Jan Landscapers, roofers, gutter techs, and painters: your season is ending, and ours is starting. Heights Lights installs premium holiday lighting on homes across DuPage County. We're hiring lead installers to run small crews this season. If you're comfortable on a ladder, can lead a few guys, and take pride in clean work, this is solid winter income.

Pay:

$25-$35/hour or 150 per-job rate, based on experience

Schedule:

Installs [start date] through mid-December, takedowns in January. Mostly weekdays, some Saturdays.

Location:

Homes across DuPage County (Wheaton, Naperville, Glen Ellyn, and nearby suburbs) What you'll do Lead a 2-3 person crew installing lights on rooflines, gutters, peaks, trees, and bushes Work from the job's design plan and make sure every install looks straight, clean, and tight Set up and move ladders safely, and keep your crew following safety rules Talk with homeowners on site when needed. Be professional, friendly, and on time. Handle takedowns in January and keep gear organized What we're looking for Experience in landscaping, roofing, gutters, exterior painting, or other outdoor trades Comfortable working on ladders and roofs. 1-2 story homes are most common. Have led a crew before, or are ready to Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Show up on time, every time Holiday lighting experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you on our system. Pay:
