As a key team member, you'll oversee daily operations, manage equipment, and coordinate with clients to bring beautiful outdoor spaces to life. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in performing landscape maintenance, lawn care, planting, pruning, and groundskeeping activities. Oversee hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure healthy landscapes. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and maintenance. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining high-quality standards. Support team development through training on landscape techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening or groundskeeping with a focus on outdoor work environments. Supervising or crew management experience in landscaping or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including plant identification and tree care. Skilled in operating landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance tools safely. Experience with hardscaping construction projects such as patios or retaining walls is preferred. Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain a valid driver's license. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
