Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Crew Leader, Landscape to spearhead outdoor projects and lead our dedicated landscaping teams. In this role, you will oversee weekly Lawn Care Routes, and grounds care for various commercial and residential properties. Your leadership will ensure high-quality workmanship, efficient project execution, and a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse landscaping tasks while fostering team growth and delivering exceptional results. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crews, ensuring tasks such as lawn care, planting, pruning, are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead outdoor work projects including grounds maintenance across multiple sites Manage equipment operation including grounds maintenance tools, landscaping machinery, and company vehicles in compliance with safety protocols Identify plants and horticultural elements to ensure proper landscape health and aesthetics Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times during construction projects and routine maintenance activities Provide mentorship and training to crew members to enhance skills in landscaping, equipment operation, and safety practices Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work roles with a focus on landscaping or horticulture Supervising or team management experience in outdoor settings or construction environments Strong knowledge of plant identification, grounds maintenance equipment operation, and irrigation systems Ability to lead crews effectively while maintaining safety standards on construction projects Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles and construction equipment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; experience with hardscape installation and tree care is a plus Knowledge of gardening practices, grounds maintenance techniques, and landscaping best practices Prior experience in construction or grounds management roles is highly desirable Join us as a Crew Leader in Landscape and be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces! Pay:

$20.00 - $32.50 per hour
