Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Landscape to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew responsible for delivering top-quality landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscaping construction projects. Your leadership will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, groundskeeping, gardening, and plant identification. Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Manage irrigation systems, perform irrigation management tasks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal water distribution. Operate grounds maintenance equipment and company vehicles safely and efficiently across various outdoor work sites. Oversee crew members' performance, provide training on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist in planning project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, horticulture, or groundskeeping with a strong knowledge of plant identification and tree care. Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments. Skilled in operating groundskeeping equipment, irrigation systems, and landscaping tools. Knowledge of hardscaping construction projects including hardscape installation techniques. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
