Overview
Are you an experienced automobile, truck, or heavy equipment fleet supervisor who likes to lead others and gets results? We may have an opportunity just for you! The Agency of Transportation (AOT) is looking to fill the position of Central Garage Fleet Operations Supervisor in Berlin. You will lead a team of regional supervisors, technicians and parts specialists in the service, maintenance, repair and many other aspects of operations of our fleet of vehicles and equipment. A successful candidate will have demonstrated fleet operational aptitude related to mechanical ability, scheduling, training, communicating and will know how to prioritize and delegate work appropriately.

Environmental Factors
Work is performed in both office and field/shop environments.
Duties may involve:
Outdoor exposure in winter and summer conditions. Vehicle equipment installation/removal. Moderate lifting, snow removal assistance, and physical operational support. Exposure to damaged vehicle components, fluids, debris, or other hazardous conditions. Extended hours during emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications
Four (4) or more years of experience in automotive services, or fleet coordination, INCLUDING one (1) or more years of financial or administrative experience AND experience as a supervisor, manager, or team lead.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a mechanic or vehicle maintenance.
Special Requirements
Valid driver's license required.
