Starting at $25.00/hour We are looking for an efficient, hardworking Lead Warehouse Attendant to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of each Food and Beverage warehouse facility. The goal of this position is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction across all three mountains. This position will be required to work with a full team at each location as well as on their own when the winter season ends. To succeed in the position a candidate will be responsible for ensuring that requisitions are filled accurately and in a timely manner, manage the warehouse inventory, and that staff members are supervised and trained in the day-to-day warehouse operations. The lead warehouse attendant must be organized, clean and able to ensure that all three warehouse areas are maintained, organized and safe, that warehouse product storage is in accordance with company standard as well as county food storage guidelines. You will need to be flexible and available to work various shifts including all required major holidays and weekends. Responsibilities This is not an exhaustive list. The items below are primary duties. All other duties assigned by leadership are expected to be completed as requested. Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing Receive and complete requisition orders for delivery to venue or for pick up according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label and deliver) Deliver orders to all venues including the top of the mountain using company box truck Process mountain wide warehouse donations though the company procedure Receive and process in warehouse stock products (pick, unload, labels and store) Assist with stocking all restaurant venues and other locations as required Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits Maintain a clean and organized stock room/storage shelves Maintain accurate inventory records daily Keep and clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Operate and maintain company owed warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with company safety procedures, rules and regulations. Skills and Qualifications Valid California Driver's License Strong problem solving and decision making Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods Ability to lift and carry items weighing up 60+ pounds Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to operate warehouse equipment Fast-Paced Food Prep Experience Excellent organization time management skills Attention to Detail Adaptability Customer service skills Strong communication skills Apply to Levy today!
