This position combines computer work, shipping coordination, paperwork, and light warehouse duties . A major part of the role involves printing shipping labels from our Warehouse Management System (WMS), organizing labels for warehouse pickers, scanning and applying labels to packages, and coordinating pickups with carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Accuracy and organization are extremely important. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a computer, can learn new software quickly, and is able to stay organized while handling a high volume of shipments. Key Responsibilities Print shipping labels and documents from our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Sort and organize printed labels by order, shipment, route, or warehouse workflow Prepare labels and paperwork for warehouse pickers and packing staff Scan shipping labels and correctly apply them to outgoing packages Verify that labels are matched with the correct packages before shipment Contact UPS, FedEx, and other freight/shipping carriers to schedule or coordinate pickups and deliveries Communicate with carriers regarding missed pickups, shipment issues, or scheduling changes Prepare, organize, file, and maintain shipping paperwork and warehouse documents Track daily outbound shipments and make sure packages are ready before carrier pickup Work closely with warehouse pickers, packers, drivers, and supervisors Identify label, shipment, or paperwork discrepancies and report or correct them promptly Maintain a clean and organized shipping/labeling work area Assist with other warehouse administrative and shipping duties as needed

Qualifications Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Comfortable working with web-based software and warehouse/shipping systems Ability to learn a WMS quickly Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Able to communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and shipping carriers Able to perform repetitive scanning, labeling, sorting, and paperwork tasks accurately

Preferred:

Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or 3PL experience Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping carrier systems Experience printing and organizing high volumes of shipping labels Previous experience with shipping/receiving paperwork Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus What We Are Looking For The right person for this position is someone who is: Extremely organized — you will handle many labels and shipments every day Detail-oriented — putting the wrong label on a package can create costly shipping problems Comfortable with computers — much of the work starts inside our WMS Fast but accurate — we value efficiency, but accuracy comes first Responsible — carrier pickups and shipping deadlines cannot be missed A team player — you will work closely with warehouse pickers and other staff Able to solve small problems independently instead of waiting for instructions on every issue Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for portions of the workday Ability to work in a warehouse environment Ability to handle packages and warehouse materials as needed Ability to repeatedly scan, sort, organize, and apply shipping labels About the Position This is an important operational role in our warehouse. Your work directly affects whether our warehouse team can pick, pack, and ship orders correctly and on time. We are looking for someone who wants a stable position and can grow with our operation as shipment volume increases.
