Fullerton, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Packing Palletization Warehouse management system English E-commerce Full Job Description LinkOne is a Fullerton-based 3PL that runs US warehousing and fulfillment for Korean consumer brands selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and retail. We are hiring a coordinator who owns outbound shipments from the desk: building marketplace inbound shipments, cutting BOLs, booking pickups, and telling the warehouse exactly how each order needs to go out. This is an office role. You will walk the floor when a shipment needs eyes on it, but most of the day is in the OMS/WMS, Seller Center, Seller Central, and your inbox. What you will do Create and manage inbound shipment plans to Amazon FBA and AWD, and TikTok Shop FBT, including box/pallet configuration, labels, and carrier selection Write clear prep and packing instructions for the warehouse team for every shipment. Each platform has different rules, and the instructions change with SKU, quantity, and destination, so you decide how it should be done and hand that down Prepare BOLs, packing lists, and pallet labels for LTL and FTL moves; schedule carrier pickups and warehouse appointments Book inbound appointments through Amazon and TikTok appointment portals and chase reminders before the window closes Work the shared ops inbox: client questions on stock and inbound timing, carrier updates, marketplace notices. Reply the same day or route it to the right person Keep orders and inventory moving in the
OMS and WMS:
release orders, fix stuck or mis-allocated ones, flag discrepancies between system and floor Track shipments through delivery and close out receiving issues (short received, damaged, rejected appointment) Keep shipment logs and basic reports so billing has what it needs What you bring 1 to 3 years in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL operations, or shipping coordination You have actually created an FBA shipment plan in Seller Central. Hands-on with AWD or TikTok Shop FBT is a strong plus Comfortable with BOLs, LTL scheduling, and talking to carriers and drivers Experience in any OMS or WMS; you learn new systems fast Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and simple reports Korean and English bilingual preferred. Most of our clients are Korean brands and a good part of the inbox is in Korean Able to be on the warehouse floor as needed and lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
