• Thursday Position Overview Employnet is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, support warehouse associates, and ensure productivity, safety, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience and hands-on experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Forklift and Double Rider Pallet Jack. Key Duties and Responsibilities Plan, assign, and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area. Report defective or damaged products and ensure timely corrective action. Assist with loading, unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation as needed. Operate Stand-Up Reach Forklift and Double Rider Pallet Jack. Complete daily equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections. Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and compliance. Identify and report quantity discrepancies and quality issues. Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service departments. Coach, train, and provide feedback to warehouse associates. Perform additional projects and duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment. Recent, hands-on experience operating: Stand-Up Reach Forklift Double Rider Pallet Jack Previous warehouse lead or team leadership experience preferred. Ability to work in temperatures as low as

• 20°F in cold storage facilities or up to 100°F in dry storage facilities while wearing required PPE.

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. Flexibility to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
