Remanufacturing & Services Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations for our Remanufacturing & Services department. This role will coordinate material flow, inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities while supporting production and service requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead daily receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping activities. Coordinate material movement between warehouse, production, remanufacturing, and service areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized. Support inventory reconciliation and resolve material discrepancies. Coordinate daily priorities with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations. Train and support warehouse team members on processes and safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience. Previous lead experience preferred. Manufacturing, electronics, remanufacturing, or service environment experience preferred. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transactions. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
