Subject to business needs We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations in a busy cold-storage food distribution environment. This position will help oversee warehouse activities, maintain productivity, and ensure safety and accuracy throughout the shift. Schedule & Availability Requirements

ALL SHIFTS

• Subject to Overtime 2:00 PM shift Sunday and Monday are mandatory
• 12-hour shifts Tuesday through Saturday
• Overtime required as needed Must be available to work weekends Schedule and days off may vary based on operational needs Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities Help direct and support warehouse employees throughout the shift Monitor productivity, workflow, and order accuracy Assist with receiving, order selecting, staging, and product movement Operate a stand-up forklift and EPJ as needed Ensure employees follow safety and warehouse procedures Address workflow issues and assist with resolving operational concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with management and other shifts Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse or distribution supervisory experience preferred Stand-up forklift experience required EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience required Comfortable working in refrigerated, freezer, and cold-storage environments Ability to work Sunday and Monday mandatory 12-hour shifts Availability for required overtime Tuesday through Saturday as needed Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
