Shipping Coordinator
Description
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Oceanside, CA. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable schedule and overtime potential.
Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping stations
Print product labels and confirm orders through the company ERP system
Verify products and SKUs to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain shipping documentation and records
Support daily warehouse and shipping operations as needed
Strong attention to detail is required
Ability to distinguish between similar part numbers and products with different finishes
Comfortable working with a high volume of SKUs that may appear similar on product labels
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate ERP systems
Previous shipping, warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Able to Lift 50 pounds
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
