In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution center activities, manage team members, and ensure the seamless flow of materials and products. Your expertise in warehouse distribution, process improvement, and logistics will drive operational excellence while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy. Skills & Qualifications Able to use inventory software systems Strong focus on detail and numbers Team Leadership and clear communication skills Basic data analysis skills using spreadsheets Experience conducting inventory audits and implementing corrective actions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Leading cycle counting programs, auditing tracking systems, and supervising inventory personnel. Analyze inventory trends, adjustments, transaction activity, and inventory discrepancies. Track incoming and outgoing stock Run Cycle counts and physical audits & coordinate corrective actions based on results. Maintain and Organize Inventory Shipping and Receiving Knowledge of

Audits Work Orders/Travelers Develop and /or maintain inventory management policies and inbound/outbound procedures Monitor staff to ensure they follow established procedures.
