Implement and uphold safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with other departmental managers to optimize logistics strategies and enhance supply chain efficiency. Utilize advanced warehouse management systems to track warehouse operations and generate reports for upper management. Handle and resolve issues or disputes that may arise within the warehouse.
