Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Warehouse & Logistics Manufacturing Lead is responsible for supporting Material Coordinators, Assembly Coordinators, Shipping and Receiving to ensure all post received materials and made components are coordinated and delivered to their designated locations safely, on time, and with the highest level of quality to all manufacturing departments.

• Timely communication with all departments to maintain material and order flow
• Ensure manufacturing and customer demands are met by establishing priorities,
• monitoring progress, and revising schedules
• Provide hands-on training to team members
• Act as first responder or SME to resolve tier 1 escalations when issues arise
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all MT safety policies
• Champion and support 5S and Lean Manufacturing programs
• Support and at times run daily startup meeting when Supervisor is unavailable
• Adhere to all Organizational Vision, Values, and Code of Conduct
• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10lbs
• Occasionally lefts and/or moves up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned
