Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Catering Coordinator to support our catering and events operation. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity, with significant opportunity to learn the operational side of catering and events. This is not primarily a desk position. The role combines coordination and administrative responsibilities with warehouse operations, event preparation, and on-site event support. We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, can stay organized in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable taking ownership of their work. What You'll Do Assist with the preparation and coordination of catering events Support warehouse operations, including organizing, pulling, packing, and preparing event equipment and supplies Help ensure events are properly staged and ready for execution Provide hands-on support during event setup, service, breakdown, and return Coordinate with culinary, operations, service, and event teams Keep track of equipment, supplies, and changing event needs Identify problems and make practical decisions without needing constant direction Communicate clearly when priorities or event requirements change Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and work environment Maintain accurate inventory of catering equipment, paper goods, disposables, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and communicate replenishment needs based on upcoming events Who We're Looking For You do not need years of catering experience to succeed in this position. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and working style. The ideal candidate is independent, dependable, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions. You should be someone who can receive directions, understand the goal, and figure out the next steps without needing to be closely supervised.
