Responsibilitie Full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk position available. Responsibilities for this position includes verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders; preparing shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels; preparing bills of lading; determining the best method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. A qualified applicant will have the following experience/abilities:

• Experience setting up UPS and FedEx ground shipments
• 2 years or more of Shipping/Receiving experience a plus
• Able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
• Required to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Great communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience on forklifts a Plus
• Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
• Bilingual a Plus
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively; forklift certification preferred
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively
