3001562781-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Walmart is seeking a Supply Chain Academy Coordinator to support learning programs that build skills across our retail supply chain network. In this role, you will coordinate training schedules, manage learning materials, track participation and completion, and support instructors delivering classroom, virtual, and on the job training. You will partner with supply chain leaders to identify development needs, maintain learning systems and reports, and ensure smooth logistics for sessions. You'll help improve content based on feedback and metrics, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across our distribution and fulfillment operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule supply chain training sessions across sites and formats Manage enrollment, rosters, and training logistics for classroom and virtual programs Maintain learning management system records and generate training reports Support facilitators with materials, technology, and participant communications Track completion, assessments, and certifications for associates and leaders Collect and summarize feedback to help improve supply chain training content Partner with supply chain and HR leaders to align training with business needs Prepare and distribute learning materials, guides, and job aids Monitor attendance and compliance with mandatory training requirements Support onboarding and development programs for new and existing supply chain associates Required Skills Training coordination Learning management systems (LMS) administration Supply chain and logistics fundamentals Data reporting and Excel Project and schedule management Content and materials management Stakeholder communication Virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) Process documentation Compliance and training tracking
