BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily e-commerce and in-club fulfillment operations. This role oversees order picking, packing, staging, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and an exceptional member experience. The supervisor schedules and directs team members, monitors productivity, manages inventory accuracy, and enforces safety and quality standards. Partnering closely with club and warehouse leadership, this role drives continuous process improvement, leverages warehouse and order management systems, and coaches associates to support growth, engagement, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily order fulfillment, picking, packing, and staging activities Ensure order accuracy, on-time completion, and high member satisfaction Schedule, train, and coach fulfillment associates for performance and safety Monitor productivity metrics and adjust workload and staffing as needed Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage, labeling, and rotation Use warehouse and order management systems to track and prioritize orders Enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with club and warehouse leadership to resolve operational issues Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members Required Skills Order fulfillment operations Warehouse management systems (WMS) Inventory control Staff scheduling and supervision Picking and packing procedures Quality control and accuracy checks Health and safety compliance Basic data analysis and productivity tracking Material handling equipment operation Customer/member service
