Job Description

Shipping Lead Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shipping operations and workflow coordination Assign tasks and monitor the performance of Shipping Clerks Ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve discrepancies Train new team members on processes and systems Communicate with other departments (inventory, customer service, etc.) Assist with hands-on shipping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience required Leadership or supervisory experience required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and time management Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems Please send resumes to Monique at mgerson@andoverpersonnel.com or call/text Monique at (978) 914-1790. ________________________________________
