About the Role Moveret is seeking a Warehouse Site Coordinator to support ongoing staffing operations across our Michigan warehouse sites, including LX Pantos Lansing and Steelbrothers Development. This role serves as the onsite point of contact for candidate interviews, onboarding, and orientation, ensuring smooth workforce transitions across all active project locations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct on-site interviews for warehouse positions at related project clients. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, site access, and first-day support. Lead new hire orientation sessions covering site policies, safety procedures, and job expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, site supervisors, and the recruiting team throughout the hiring process. Track and report on interview scheduling, onboarding status, and staffing needs across all Michigan sites. Report on all personnel-related and operational matters directly to the Site Manager / Project Manager. Maintain accurate records of candidate and employee documentation in compliance with company policy. Support day-to-day coordination between multiple site locations as staffing needs shift. Support day-to-day coordination with all site locations operations as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in HR coordination, staffing, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel or work across multiple Michigan warehouse sites as needed. Comfortable managing interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork, and orientation delivery independently. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to report clearly to management. Reporting Structure This position reports to the Site Manager / Project Manager for all personnel and operational matters.
