In this position... The Warehouse Supervisor is a front-line operational leader responsible for overseeing the daily movement, storage, and handling of materials across the facility. In this role, you direct a shift team of material handlers and forklift operators to ensure that inbound shipments are unloaded, inventory is accurately recorded and stored, orders are picked and staged, and production lines or outbound docks receive materials on time and without interruption. Beyond managing daily workflow, the supervisor is directly responsible for maintaining a safe, organized working environment. This includes enforcing OSHA and company safety standards, overseeing pre-shift equipment inspections, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and 5S, auditing inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and coaching team members to meet quality, accuracy, and productivity goals.
