Job Description

Company Description Power Auto Parts is a Michigan-based aftermarket auto parts supplier serving collision shops, repair shops, and dealerships with quality parts. Job Summary Power Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure that receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise warehouse employees, monitor productivity and attendance, maintain inventory organization, ensure orders are prepared accurately, address employee and operational issues, and help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Interview Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse employees and operations Assign tasks and monitor employee productivity Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, and staging Ensure orders are accurate and ready on time Monitor inventory and report shortages or damages Train new warehouse employees Enforce company safety and warehouse policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Address employee and operational issues Coordinate with drivers and management Maintain accurate warehouse records Identify operational issues and recommend improvements
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Lead Experience supervising warehouse employees required Comfortable using computers and technology — Required Auto parts industry or automotive warehouse experience preferred Strong English communication skills required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage and communicate with warehouse employees Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle employee and operational issues professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work throughout the warehouse for most of the day Ability to lift and carry approximately 20-50 lbs. Ability to safely use pallet jacks and ladders Basic math skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Ability to follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures Technology & Computer Skills
  • Required Experience Microsoft Excel Google Sheets Email Inventory and warehouse computer systems Basic computer data entry Other company warehouse and computer systems
Schedule:
Full-Time Monday
  • Friday Typical schedule: 8:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM Saturday Typical schedule: 8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM Schedule may vary based on business needs

$60,000.00 per year
