Job Description

Company Overview Pleasant View Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility is emphasizes on excellence in skilled nursing care and the well-being for our residents. Job Summary The Supply Chain Supervisor will direct and support the Supply Chain Manager's in their absence following all policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Supervise daily warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure seamless operations. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline logistics workflows. Operate and oversee material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to facilitate safe and accurate material movement. Maintain accurate inventory management through warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage distribution center operations to meet organizational needs. Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse activities. Foster team leadership through managerial communication, training staff on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Qualifications Excellent leadership ability and communication skills. Proven organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong strategic thinking and time management skills. Preferred inventory management and medical experience. Current driver licens Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
