Shipping and Receiving Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $21.00 to $24.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Lead daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials and finished goods. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper documentation. Train, and support team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products safely. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and keep operations running efficiently.
Shipping and Receiving Lead Qualifications:
2+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Forklift experience required. Strong computer, inventory, and organizational skills.
