We are looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our warehouse fulfillment operations and ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, daily planning, shipping coordination, inventory oversight, problem-solving, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to hold a team accountable while leading by example.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and support the Fulfillment team and provide direction to the Fulfillment Lead.
Plan daily workloads, assign responsibilities, and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance and address issues when expectations are not being met.
Coordinate with Production, Project Management, Sales, Logistics, and Inventory to keep orders moving.
Oversee order pulling, quality checks, packaging, staging, and shipping.
Coordinate shipping and freight requirements, including special packaging, pallets, crates, and loading/unloading.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, errors, and operational issues before they impact customer deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Fulfillment and shipping environment.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, accuracy, and operating costs.
Work hands-on with the team when needed to complete fulfillment and shipping activities
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, shipping/receiving, or a related field.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and changing demands.
Ability to lead a team, provide feedback, and hold employees accountable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
