Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the inventory control and direct staff to identify and resolve inventory disputes to achieve an accurate inventory. Ensure products are stored safely and in proper place Schedule driver deliveries and driver support with correct materials for every load. Directs work assignments to employees Provide daily hands-on support in material handling and forklift responsibilities Participate in the hiring and training of all yard staff and drivers. Manage the truck and forklift maintenance logs and schedule PM and repairs as needed Manage scheduling calendar Assist with deliveries when necessary

Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional delivery driver or lumberyard experience CDL or the ability to obtain one preferred Forklift Certificate

• motivation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have excellent customer service skills
