Job Description

The Shift Leader position requires the right person to have the ability to serve the customers in a friendly manner. This position will be scheduled 32-40 hours per week, based on business needs.

  • Maintaining site cleanliness
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Managing 1-3 people throughout the duration of their shifts
  • Handling customer comments, questions and concerns
  • Maintaining a positive attitude
  • Providing excellent service to our customers
  • Greeting every customer with a smile
  • Assisting the GM in inventory counts, upkeep etc.
  • Must be able to do light lifting (approximately 20-40 lbs)
