Promote safe handling and processing of molding materials, particularly PVC and CPVC. Monitor molding processes, machine performance, product quality, scrap, and production output. Maintain appropriate staffing and cross-training to support changing production requirements. Drive continuous improvement related to safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Support resin inventory, material management, housekeeping, and other operational requirements occurring during 3rd shift. Ensure accurate timekeeping and employee records and support performance management and employee relations. Utilize ERP/MES and other computer systems to document and manage production activity.
