The Route Coordinator works with route drivers in providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to all customers through utilization of computer routing system. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Assigns and organizes driver routes ensuring route efficiency based on stops and route costs.

Completes daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on tickets, manifests, costs, and routing.

Schedules Mobile Service Unit and Tank Delivery to customer's site including input and follow-up with Customer Service Representative in the system.

Maintain current customer accounts through personal and telephone contact ensuring quality service to each customer in coordination with Customer Service Representative.

Works with the MDM Team to ensure new customers are set up promptly.

Enter Raw Material tickets into computer system.

Fills in for other Office personnel when needed.

All other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED.. Preferred Qualifications Route system experience preferred.

Strong Computer skills.

Microsoft Office Suite proficient.

Works well with others in a team environment.

Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.

Highly organized; superior time management skills.

Good math and computer skills.

Ability to pass a drug screen. Physical Demands Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel.

Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 50lbs.

Regularly required reach with hands and arms. Work Environment Job functions will be carried out at a plant location and/or office environment.
