Job Description
Prompto is currently looking for someone experienced in the automotive industry OR management that has strong customer service skills to be the Shift Leader of one of our fastest growing stores. Responsibilities include overseeing a crew of 7, servicing customer vehicles while providing excellent customer service, assisting in inventory/product ordering, weekly schedules, utilizing crew for facility cleaning & grounds keeping. Store hours are Monday-Saturday 8a.m-5:30p.m plus 30 mins. for closing paperwork 2 nights per week. We are closed Sundays. All employees receive one day off during the week plus an early day when staffing allows for it. All applicants will go through a paid 4 week training program. Prompto provides paid training for all positions and focuses on employees' strengths. Employees with excellent customer service skills would work upstairs with customers while doing hands on work to complete each oil change. Employees who enjoy cleaning or fast-paced work would be more suited downstairs. Communication and teamwork is key for all employees.
