Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Warranty Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team. In this vital role, you will oversee warranty-related processes for Window and Door products within the warehouse, as well as ensuring products and materials are properly stores, stages and handled. Your expertise will help streamline operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working both in an office setting and a hands-on warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with physical warehouse duties to support overall service, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role also requires strong administrative skills, experience in construction or building materials, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
Pay DOE Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review windows, doors, and related components
Verify product specifications, installation details, and documentation
Collaborate with sales, service, and installation teams to resolve issues efficiently
Unload, and inspect incoming window and door shipments for accuracy and damage
Safely handle, store, and organize windows, doors, glass units, and hardware in designated warehouse locations
Prepare and stage orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring correct products, quantities, and labeling
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring products are properly secured to prevent damage
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and carts (certification as required)
Assist installers and drivers with material pulls and loading of trailers
Identify and segregate warranty or damaged materials for inspection and processing
Follow proper handling procedures for glass, oversized products, and fragile materials
Accurately complete paperwork related to inventory movement, deliveries, and returns
Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and installation teams regarding order status and material needs Qualifications & Skills Proven experience working in warehouse operations with a focus on inventory management or warranty processes 2+ years of experience in warranty administration, customer service, or construction-related administration preferred Knowledge of window and door products, building materials, or construction processes is a strong plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping and receiving Excellent written and verbal skills to address internal teams' needs or external clients' warranty inquiries Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move 100lbs+ Ability to sit for extended perios and work on a computer Occasional site visits or inspections may be required Ability to view photos, drawings, and technical documents Join us as a Warehouse Warranty Coordinator where your expertise will directly impact our operational excellence!
