Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 11:30pm Opportunities for career growth and leadership development Supportive work environment focused on safety and operational efficiency Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanning, and shipping software Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supervise daily order picking, packing, staging, replenishment, and outbound shipping activities Plan workloads based on order volume, staffing, and carrier schedules to meet customer priorities Monitor workflow and adjust labor to avoid bottlenecks and maintain productivity Lead, train, and develop fulfillment associates through coaching and pre-shift meetings Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipping exceptions Collaborate with Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies Support inventory cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized work environment This role offers a hands-on leadership experience with direct impact on customer satisfaction and distribution efficiency.
