Talento Search Group has an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor in Chillicothe, Ohio. The salary range is $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the management and supervision within a designated warehouse are (receiving, picking, packing or inventory). This is a full time, direct hire position.
Experience Needed:
Proven experience in warehouse operations management is required At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or distribution Experience with high volume assembly operations Experience with kitting, high speed assembly, sequencing, warehousing, storage, shipping and receiving Experience within a 3PL facility is preferred ISO Certification knowledge is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems Essential Functions include (but not limited to): Achieve operational goals related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cost control and employee safety Timely completion of customer requirements within designated area Assess KPI's and make adjustments needed to meet targets Ensure SOP's are followed Make certain documentation and Warehouse Management System reporting requirements are met Maintain EHS policies Lead continuous improvement initiatives Keep your team motivated Provide feedback and coaching opportunities to support employee growth and development
