Position Summary We are looking for an experienced, dependable Receiving Lead to join our Willow Street team. This position is responsible for overseeing incoming deliveries and ensuring materials are received accurately, inspected for damage or shortages, properly documented, and stored in the correct location. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of building materials—particularly windows, doors, stairs, and interior trim —along with experience loading and unloading trucks and working in a warehouse environment. You will serve as the primary point person for deliveries arriving at our warehouse loading dock and work closely with the Yard/Warehouse Manager, drivers, warehouse staff, sales team, and vendors to keep materials organized, reduce errors, and provide excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping and receiving documents for incoming deliveries.
• Unload and inspect deliveries of windows, doors, stairs, and related materials for damage, production errors, shortages, or missing items.
• Help to optimize storage solutions in order to fit the maximum amount of material in existing warehouse spaces
• Receive materials into our ERP system and assign products to the appropriate bin locations.
• Print and apply identification labels to incoming products.
• Communicate with the sales team and vendors using a Windows-based computer and Microsoft Office.
• Work with the Yard/Warehouse Manager to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Identify materials that have been in the warehouse for extended periods and investigate missing or misplaced products.
• Travel to our overflow warehouse in Refton as needed to load, unload, organize, and label products.
• Work with drivers and other warehouse employees to improve receiving accuracy and reduce errors. Qualifications & Requirements
• At least 1 year of construction or warehouse experience , preferably involving windows, doors, or other building materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and other departments.
• Ability to repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to spend most of the workday on your feet.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Willow Street, PA. Schedule

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
