Warehouse CoordinatorOverview Join our growing team as a Warehouse Coordinator , where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse and shipping activities. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting logistics operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, accurate, and efficient warehouse. Duties Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and finished goods. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Build and wrap pallets according to shipping requirements. Generate and print Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping documentation. Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and parcel services. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) when required. Ensure products are properly labeled and stored. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies. Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and organization. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems. Experience preparing shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the day. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
