Job Description

We are looking for a Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Warehouse experience is a must. Candidates must possess warehouse knowledge and experience, and must pass background check. The Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator is a critical member of our operations team, responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. In this role, you will lead and train the shipping team, oversee inventory control and reporting, manage warehouse operations, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Working closely with the Customer Experience and Supply Chain teams, you will use WMS and other current systems to maintain records, track performance, and support exceptional service for both retail and wholesale clients. This position requires prior warehouse experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Core Competencies Proven warehouse and fulfillment experience. Strong problem-solving ability:
able to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Detail-oriented and mission-driven. Ability to follow clear and organized workflows and established protocols. Capable of balancing multiple tasks while maintaining organization. Technology Requirements Proficiency with digital platforms, iOS devices, ShipStation, Shopify, and various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Openness to learning and adopting new technologies. Knowledge of coffee is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to safely lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. Education & Certification Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher, in the field of logistics, supply chain or business. Forklift Certification. OSHA 30 Certification is preferred 3 References with email contacts from supervisors of previous positions
Position Description:
Inventory Control and Warehouse Management Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, discrepancy reporting, and stock accuracy. Ensure warehouse safety by enforcing protocols. Training staff on safe equipment use. Direct the movement of inventory within the warehouse and ensure proper documentation of goods. Maintain carrier pickups and delivery schedules, promptly alerting the Supply Chain Specialist of potential delays. Generate and review reports to track warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and supply usage. Monitor shipping supply levels and enter requisitions in WMS system to ensure timely replenishment.
Fulfillment Processes:
Lead and process with the shipping team to fulfill, package, seal, and label products carefully to prevent breakage and ensure safe delivery. Training and onboarding new warehouse associates on protocols. Initiate continuous improvement. Verify shipments against manifests, invoices, or orders, while maintaining drop-ship partner quality standards. Prepare and process shipping documents (work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders) and file carrier claims when necessary. Select cost-effective shipping methods based on procedures, routes, and rates, updating automated rules to ensure efficiency. Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in the WMS system and database. Use WMS to create and adjust orders, update product information, and process returns, exchanges, and refunds. Oversee adjustments to open orders (cancellations, product changes, holds) and document updates in WMS. Respond promptly to emails, chats, and inquiries, maintaining accurate client notes in the system.
