Seminole, Texas We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seminole. This position requires a combination of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a professional approach to customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Agricultural knowledge is a plus but not required. Primary Responsibilities Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner; provide timely assistance and answer basic product questions. Receive, process, and store incoming inventory; pick and pack orders for customer pickup or shipment. Operate warehouse equipment safely; use forklifts if certified and assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Use basic computer systems to record inventory, look up product information, and complete sales or pickup transactions. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Basic computer skills required (inventory systems, email, point-of-sale). Agricultural knowledge helpful but not mandatory. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training may be available for the right candidate. Dependable transportation and punctual attendance.
